Structural & Esthetic Pruning - Pruning is fundamental for safety, tree health & structural integrity, and allows some artistic license for beautification of the tree and property. Bracing & Cabling - Using wire cable an arborist can connect key limbs together to provide more uniformity in the movement of the tree canopy, and help support branch unions that may be prone to splitting. Complete Tree & Stump Removal - Sometimes a tree needs to be removed due to safety, health, esthetics or storm damage reasons. We practice methods that allow minimum risk to the landscape by cutting the limbs and trunk into many pieces, and only "flop" a tree of small stature. Bringing in a stumping machine cuts out the stump to 10" below grade so that there is little evidence the tree was ever there. This may allow for replanting the same spot in the future. Storm Damage - We all know that Central Ontario recieves some wicked storms that can wreak havok on the trees. Damage that occurs can safely be removed to help allow the tree to utilize its own natural defences to close off the wound. Planting - If you have a small tree or hedge that needs planting we can do this in a safe and proper manner giving the tree the best head start possible. Pick up at the nursury can be arranged if need be. Sod Laying - Many of our staff members are former landscapers. Let us know what your need and we can get you a new lawn in no time.
